David went above and beyond, he gave great customer service immediately asked if I would like a cold water! David explained everything to my understanding! Just went to get an oil change, only drove 4,000 miles all of last year but thought after one year would need to be changed anyway. But when they checked the oil, told me it was still clean and that I should come back in 2000 Mi or so. They topped it off FOR FREE and sent me on my way after resetting my oil change notification on my dash. I asked Rolando (just to be sure) if it didn't need to be changed after a year - cuz it's been well over a year by now anyway. But he said that since I got the highest grade synthetic mobil one oil last time that it can go until the oil looks used. Rolando also asked me if I needed any other services for my vehicle while I was there. Even though I didn't need anything else, it was very thorough and considerate that he asked. Every time I've been there the service has been more than excellent. They go way above and beyond
The service at Take 5 on Midway has always been great. I have no complaints. Very respectful, always showing each step of whatever service they are performing. The employees seem to change often, but I've never worked with anyone who hasn't been friendly or knowledgeable. This time, Clayton helped he and he was just so polite, helpful, respectful. Above and beyond.
