I was coming back from Dallas when I realized I had an oil leak. I still had an hour left to arrive home. My car was giving me warning signs of my oil levels being extremely low. I pulled in here since it was the first place I saw. These guys helped me out so fast! They were able to find the cause of the leak and fix it. They gave us cold water while we waited since it was 104 degrees outside. Before they sent me on my way, they checked all fluid levels, and tire pressures so I would have a safe trip home. They were all compassionate as well. They made this mom feel safe with her kids. If it weren’t for them I would be stuck on the side of the road alone with kids in the car.
The men there were very quick,and professional. The one that came out to the car came out with a cold bottle of water for me! And they did show me everything that needed to be replaced like the air filter and ask if I wanted it replaced. Instead of replacing it without showing it first.I haven’t been treated like this in a very long time. I will not go anywhere else for an oil change.
*Edited 5/26: We came here for another oil change and the absolute SWEETEST girl named Seaera helped us. She explained everything and was super fast. Her customer service is phenomenal. These guys awesome! It was busy but they were working really quickly to get to everyone in a timely manner. They were honest, upfront and didn’t try to upsale everything, which is super appreciated. Colby, Jaxon, and Dave (I really hope I remembered the names correctly) were awesome!!!! Definitely going to be coming here for all of our oil changes from now on!
