We were immediately handed a bottle of water and everything was explained well. They used a pump system which is actually better to remove the oil. Our technician helped to provide us the best discount based on our needs, and the process was the fastest I have ever experienced in changing my oil. The level of customer service was just top notch and honestly out of the ordinary for today's standards of "no customer service". I am glad we took a chance on Take 5, and will highly recommend them to anyone!
Was in a hurry and needed an oil change. I didn't even wait 30 seconds before the guy was bringing me cold water and directing me into a bay. Quickly looked up my vehicle and was starting with my service. Checked my air filter, washed my window and honored a coupon I had. Amazing teamwork and I was out in 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend Take 5 oil change.
It was quick and easy on me. I had just worked a 12 hour shift and was thankful that I could just pull right up, drink my complimentary water and drive away 5 minutes later all set/ready to go. The maintenance Technician was very professional and courteous in addition to efficient.
