We were served so well by DeAndre Heard and the other young man. We arrived at Take 5 about 30 minutes before closing to get an oil change. We didn't feel rushed or as though we received less attention, but I felt as though we were treated as if it was the top of the morning. They were thorough in offering the usual updates we could benefit from and may have possibly needed as well as kept us up-to-date on any changes that had taken place since my last oil change. Great team to work for the late evening closing hours, although they may have been tired their actions and attitudes did not reflect that.
Julio was great! He checked the filters, coolant, and windshield wipers on my car without prompting. He also let me know the differences between options and was very friendly! Loved trading stories about our pets to pass the time while the car was being worked on. They also offered me a bottle of water for the heat while I was in my car which was very appreciated. I always use the location on Briarcrest and they've been great and friendly everytime, highly recommend.
Buddy did my oil change this morning at Take 5. He did not hesitate to Get the job done I also could tell that he takes pride in his work and that he really does care. He met my needs plus more, very professional and very kind. My tires have been low. He put air in them without me, even asking he put windshield washer And checked a lot of things for me and did it in a quick manner very awesome. Very great experience 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.
