As soon as I drove up, an employee raced out told me who to get behind ( two cars waiting in each lane) and brought me some cold water. The only problem was after I was waiting for about 20 minutes an employee moved me over to a shorter line, and it was behind a big truck that needed a lot of services ( not his fault) and the line I was first in finished with two cars finishing before I got into the bay. All the guys working on my vehicle were efficient and professional and very helpful letting me know my front tires had some bad separation on the inside where where I couldn’t see. Thank you.
I’m always happy with the experience at my Take 5 store. There are NO ISSUES within the store. I would be extremely grateful to see Take 5 start sending out coupons. During this time of great inflation ANY type of discount would be appreciated by your customers. I know that in business one can’t GIVE away services and expect to survive, but an occasional respite from the vicious economic times would be AWESOME!
These people are so courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They topped off all of my fluids in my Jeep and explained everything else to me. They even asked us if we were military and gave my Veteran husband a large discount and thanked him for his service. We will definitely return to get this great service. We appreciated your good service at Take 5 Oil Change. Thank you guys!!!
