HUGE RAVE for Edward and the other young man (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) at Take 5 Oil Change. It was so hot, but Edward was so nice and took time to explain to me what they look for when it’s time to replace the air filter, then took it and cleaned it, filled up my washer fluid, checked my coolant, and then the other young man asked if I needed my tire pressure checked. While checking them he found that I had a nail in one of my tires. I’ve been there before and haven’t had such an awesome experience, but I go back because it’s convenient and I get coupons. I sure hope Take 5 hangs on to these two guys because they provided excellent customer service today!
Zane is a great asset to your company! He took care of my Oil change offered cold water bottle (very hot sitting in the car) Cleaned my windshield Checked air in my tires Checked my antifreeze Checked my coolant And changed the oil change percentage on my cars screen!! He went above and beyond!! There was another young man also, but I didn’t catch his name. Most of the time I just get my oil changed and a thank you! This young man Zane, advised me of everything that he was going to do!! I felt very well taken care of!! 5 STARS FOR ZANE !!!! All the other workers were very friendly with smiling faces!! In and out!! Superb Service! I hope you have a Recognition for employees!!
When I pulled up to get my oil changed there, was somebody already in the stall and two of them cars waiting and they opened the door and let me come right in and they were very efficient… Worked like Clockwork, Very courteous and congenial as well. I was impressed. I live in Midland but I needed oil. I’m a Hospice, Chaplin, and I go through Big Spring all the time. It’s great to have that kind of service and young. Me know how to work and are not afraid of it.
