If I could put 10 stars I absolutely would! I usually go get my oil changed at Walmart was in desperate need of an oil change cause my car was screaming at me hah! I pulled up to this take five & was greeted with a smile a cold bottle of water & some amazing customer service! Mac was super amazing! Very communicative with everything that needed to be done & which was the best oil to get for my year make and model of my car! Walmart would NEVER! His co worker Max was super friendly & also helped out cleaning my windshield & helping me check out so I could be on my way! Took less than 15 minutes! & was a wonderful experience! Will definitely be coming back EVERYTIME my car needs an oil change! Thank you Max & Mac for all your help! & your wonderful customer service! :) from one satisfied customer :)
They worked very professionally and efficiently. They were also always very courteous, respectful, and friendly. They provided the services I needed quickly, and they were very thorough…even steps to wipe off any fingerprints that may have been left on the hood. They made my short visit relaxed and pleasant. I was impressed by how they provided routine services - oil change and emissions inspection - that they probably provide 100s of times.
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Riley, Wyatt, and Liz! From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was top tier. Even though they were extremely busy and constantly moving, every single person stayed professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit.Liz, the manager, runs an amazing crew. You can tell she leads by example and keeps everything organized while still making customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Riley and Wyatt were both incredibly communicative and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into anything. They took the time to answer questions, kept me updated during the service, and made sure everything was done right.What really stood out to me was how hardworking and respectful the whole team was despite the rush. They handled the pressure with great attitudes and still treated every customer with care and patience. It’s rare these days to find a crew that works this efficiently while also making people feel valued.If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, hardworking employees, and people who genuinely care about doing a good job, I highly recommend this Take 5 location.
