Well i had my husband's car serviced today. Come to find out the manager Ebany was trying to quote me a different price then what i had paid for on my car yesterday. My husband and I drive the same exact cars the only difference is the color. I told her the price I was going to pay and nothing more. I also told her I need air in all my tires. Her response was with such few miles you already need pressure. Well after all was said and done I drove around town and come to find out they put 35 in both tires on passenger's side but only put 31 on drivers side. I had to go back and then they asked if I had reset it. This is not my first rodeo with cars as I am usually the one getting the maintenance done on the cars.
**UPDATE** I wanted to specifically recognize Nash and Riley two employees who provided top notch customer service, the kind of service that that makes you want to come back to this business. Professional, punctual, and polite. You don’t just find that kind of customer service anywhere and these two employees really stand out they represent take five oil change in the most positive life possible. Hope the management will recognize these employees and give them do credit and hopefully show them how much they are appreciated by this company. For representing this company so exceptionally. Thank you. I’m trying a new location since I moved. The employees at this location are super friendly, professional, and seem to get along very well in providing the service you come in for. Highly recommend location in Belton, Texas.
I wasted 10 years of my life working at Firestone, so I think I can confidently say that I am knowledgeable in the automotive field. I came by for a quick oil change and was serviced by Riley and Eithan, both of which themselves were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had great rapport and they were both very helpful and personable. They made the experience not only enjoyable, but quick and easy, and for that I am grateful. 10/10, five stars, they have definitely earned my continue to patronage.
