Came here for an oil change on my 2009 Honda Pilot with 245,000 miles, and I had a great experience. Ortella and Albert were both very friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the whole service. They explained things clearly, worked quickly, and made sure everything was done properly. You can really tell they care about customers and take pride in their work. My SUV feels smoother after the service, and I truly appreciated their positive attitude and customer service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Take 5 location. Highly recommend this team!
Service was excellent during oil change on May 12, 2026 even though they were short handed. I was offered water and brought Popsicles while I waited. Air cabin filter needed to be changed but not in stock. Came back today and changed it with no wait. Manager knew I like the popsicle yesterday and brought me another one before I left. Didn't get the two gentlemens name but treated me with respect and made sure I wasn't waiting to long in the heat Thank you for a great service
Once i was turned away from the lumberton location, i drove the extra miles to visit the Beaumont location for the first time. And the experience was top tier. Excellent customer service. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I’m forever grateful. Thank you Maria and Albert
