I know everything is expensive today but I would rather give my money to take five because the service is exceptional and thorough. We took our daughters car in today and the young lady who worked with us was easy to talk to and the team work together very well. Overall I am incredibly satisfied and will return as usual. Definitely gave me the expected outcome. I'm a very pleased customer!
I was greeted when I pulled in at the Bay City Texas location. The Technician inquired as to what service I wanted and offered me a cold bottle of water. My air filter was removed and checked as the oil was being changed. The Tech asked if I wanted my differential checked and showed me the plug, suggesting that the oil be changed as well. It had never been drained so I told him to go ahead. Very nice people and I will be going back when my oil needs changing again
Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Was the quickest oil change Ive ever had. They also found my air filter to be very dirty and replaced it with a $15 coupon. My car is a 2019 and the air filter was filthy brownish.
