The technicians here who serviced my car today are knowledgeable, courteous, and know how to get the job done right and fast! As an older woman, I cringe when faced with anything related to my car. Thank goodness I stopped in here and had such a great experience with Jay, Vito, and one other gentleman (sorry, I didn't get his name 😕). No hard sell, just information to empower my decisions. The crew here is phenomenal! They diagnosed and fixed my issues quickly and efficiently. They communicated everything clearly and explained things in a way that I could easily understand. I also really appreciated that they were honest and transparent without trying to add unnecessary charges. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality, trustworthy service!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to the 2 amazing guys who hustled to get my emissions test done when I accidentally showed up 7 minutes before the DPS system was scheduled to shut down. They were super friendly the whole time I was there despite the time crunch, put me at ease while one helped me drive into the stall without falling into the hole, and they managed to get everything done a split second before the system shut down. This was my first time here and I'll probably be back for my next oil change!
