UPDATE: still a regular customer and today Castor changed our oil' he was amazing and deserves a raise!! I love this Take 5. I come here every time to get my oil changed. Each time they fill my wiper fluid, my tires and check my filters. It literally takes 5 minutes and they have the best price for premium synthetic in the area. I have a 2017 model so engine health is very important to keep my car running like it’s new. Awesome service and the techs are so kind and professional every time I go. I make sure to show my appreciate by leaving a tip for their speedy above beyond service. My applause to this location specifically off of 183 and lake creek Blvd. be sure to go here for your car maintenance needs :)
Went for an oil change two weeks ago, ended up with a leak that I didn't have before, after looking under my own hood and confirming the oil change was done correctly, decided it may be a dud oil filter/ plug gasket or something. Went back to see if they could help me, they offered to re-do my oil change for free and replace the faulty oil filter for me. I understand that sometimes parts just don't work even fresh out the box, that's not a big deal, but the willingness to make it right, is what matters.
Great fast service. I drove up picked my oil change and they immediately carried out their work. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. You don't get out of your car which can lead to being in a hot car while they work. They do give you a cold bottle of water. Just a heads up you will need to reset your oil percentage on your own. Googled it pretty easily. I will go again. They did also top off all my fluids and air in my tires while they did the oil change.
