Now this is what a Take 5 is suppose to be like. They had me in and out so quick. I originally went in for an oil change. However I actually didn’t need one at all. I ended up just getting my cabin and oil filter changed out. Very honest mechanics at this shop. Warm greetings and friendly service. I’ll definitely come back to this one!
Went for an oil change. The last place I took my car to, placed a piece on too tightly. Took several employees to take it off. Take 5 kept me informed the entire time, offered water, and apologized for the inconvenience (when it wasn’t even their fault at all). I could tell they were frustrated but kept a smile on their face and were so pleasant. I won’t be returning to the old spot. Take 5 is where I’ll go from now on.
Alex, Tyler and Evan! Such great service and an amazing team! Alex, the assistant manager, walked me through the difference in a good filter and a bad one. He also let me know everything they were doing and the status of any needed issues! I will definitely be back to this location!
