I went to the Take 5 on Soncy and it was clear that the whole crew was professional, upbeat, and knew why they were doing. I need to brag particularly on on Caullin. He was not only extremely polite and respectful he was clearly good at his job and he ensured I knew what my vehicle needed while making sure I received all eligible discounts. Give this guy a raise or you won’t keep him. He’s too good.
The crew at Take 5 is amazing! My son was driving his Tacoma from Colorado to Lubbock and got his oil changed at a local Valvoline prior to his departure. When he entered Amarillo, his low oil light came on. He stopped at Take 5 (which luckily is open until 8PM) and it was uncovered that the folks at Valvoline neglected to put a gasket around the oil filter causing his truck to leak oil during the entire trip. Crazy to think about how many horrible consequences this level of negligence could have led to. Take 5 cleaned his undercarriage, installed the correct filter (with proper gasket) and topped off his oil. And they did it all free of charge. Amazing - thank you guys so much for taking care of my boy while he was hundreds of miles away from home!
We were promptly greeted by an employee with cold bottles of water in hand, and as it was a warm day, that was appreciated. Each team member worked together to get the oil changed and systems checked in an efficient manner. Before we left, an employee washed our windshield. Overall, we were pleased with the service provided and were impressed with the courteous employees.
