When I pulled up to the Take 5 Oil Change on 34th and Coulter, a young man came out and greeted me, asking what service I needed. I told him I needed a State Inspection and a oil leak located under my car, stating it has been leaking on my garage floor since my last oil change performed there. The staff were energized, professional and performed the service quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with this Take 5 Oil Change.
This was my first time at Take 5, and I was treated with courtesy and respect. The techs introduced themselves and told me what their titles were. They announced what they were doing and what they found (i.e. “Oil leak on rear main seal”) as they went, and then clearly explained what they were talking about personally. They repeatedly asked if I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions. They showed prices for services and never pressured me to make a decision. I was extremely happy with the service, and I absolutely expect to return. VERY PROFESSIONAL
The crew that helped me was super friendly and offered everything my car could possibly need without being pushy! I got more than I thought I needed done, and at a really reasonable cost for my vehicle. I drive a VW Taos, and an oil change and replacing both air filters was about $200. A great place and you can tell their workers take pride in what they do and they have great chemistry working together. Thank y’all!
