I had my oil change done at Take Five and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. Ray and the whole team went above and beyond quick, thorough, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and treated me like a person, not just another car in line. It's rare to find that level of courtesy and professionalism these days. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Take Five if you want fast service without sacrificing quality or customer care. Ask for Raye, you won't be disappointed!
I was the first car at the shop after seeing my daughter off to school on the first day in our area. I needed to log in for work as soon as I got home (WFH) so I was skeptical that I would only get one feature (quick service or quality service) but not both. I got both! This was also my first time at this location (new location a couple of years old), I would go to another Take 5 on the other side of Dallas where I used to reside because of their service and expertise. I was happy and impressed by the staff at the Allen location and will go back for my next oil change.
The line was a little backed up yesterday, but the gentlemen working were fast and efficient while maintaining professionalism and intentionality. Kaleb was helpful and friendly. He offered add ons to my oil change but wasn't pushy when I declined, which is something I appreciate with this kind of service. He even offered to clean my windshield before I left and was very kind to help me figure out how to turn off the maintenance light on my dashboard. Great service & customer care, I will be returning!
