Great experience at Take 5! I stopped in for an oil change and state inspection, and the team was quick, friendly, and incredibly informative. They took the time to show me my filters and explain what they were seeing instead of just telling me what I needed. I really appreciated being able to see everything for myself and understand what was being recommended. Fast, easy, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
Dennis was so helpful. I had the best experience at this location. I have been a take five customer for at least the last 5 to 10 years and sadly I had a bad experience at the take five location in Hudson Oaks, where a air filter was installed improperly unbeknown to me, but thankfully the Aledo Hudson Oaks pointed it out and made it right due to someone else’s negligence. I will now be a return customer only to the Aledo location. They were very friendly and thorough.
