Went in a few weeks ago and forgot to leave a review. Definitely 5 stars, and will be returning! I had never really gone anywhere for an oil change before but the team walked me through everything they were doing and were super professional while doing it. While I was there they told me that my coolant needed to be serviced, and changed out my air filter. The team worked really well together, and the whole process went by quickly and smoothly. Tony, the manager, had great customer service and was super kind, he checked to make sure everything went well at the end of my service. Over all a great experience! Highly recommend!
I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, fast, and professional. The service was efficient, and they took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. Tony, the manager, was outstanding. His professionalism, leadership, and dedication to both his customers and team really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Employees like Tony are hard to find, and he truly deserves a raise for all of his hard work and commitment. Chris was in the service bay and was absolutely phenomenal. His product knowledge was impressive, and he clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. Tony was just as knowledgeable, and together they made a great team that gave me complete confidence in the service I received. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my oil changes and recommending this location to everyone I know. Keep up the amazing work!
Excellent service from start to finish! The staff ( Mr. Jason ) was friendly, professional, and had my oil change completed quickly without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Fair pricing, great customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future maintenance. Highly recommend!
