I truly enjoyed my experience at take 5 oil change. The employees were very nice and thoughtful from start to finish. I was given a nice cold bottle of water to stay hydrated while I waited. Indulge in a great conversation with Mr Courtney, who made the experience go by quick and easy. Though I may not have gotten the others names, they too did a good job. Not to mention it wasn't a bad price for my high mileage vehicle. I will be a returning customer. Thanks for everything my silver bell runs quite swell.
AJ at Take 5 Oil Change was the best part of my day! 🙌🏽 To see a man working by himself, with three vehicles in the bay, and still maintaining such a positive attitude without a single complaint was truly refreshing. AJ provided excellent customer service and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude. The manager name AJ was very polite and communicated with me until the service tech come. My service technician name was Felix. He had very high energy, communicated very well, and offered discounts. I told AJ that Felix deserve a pay increase, due to his energy and professionalism!
