It’s rare these days to find hard working honest people in this day and time. I go to Take 5 often with my personal and business vehicles. Today I went and got my standard oil change and as I figured they came with the upsale items and I normally shut them down and don’t even give them a chance but today I wanted to hear it. I am glad I did, instead of just reading from a cue card, which I assumed they did, they actually brought to my attention 3 very seriously neglected items from the previous owner of this vehicle. All 3 were in extremely poor condition and would have definitely caused me a more serious issue down the road. I know cars, have been poor my whole life. I have worked on my own and honestly only go to this place due to the speed and convenience. Now I can add knowledge and professionalism to that list. This guy Tim and his teammate Alex were amazing. The communicated well, agreed on what I needed and discussed it with me like a person not just a sale. Thanks guys I feel better driving my car already!
Hunter is the guy that took care of me he changed my oil he checked my tires and topped off all my fluids he was totally awesome such a very friendly young man and knew his stuff there at take five he had no doubts about what he was doing with great confidence in his job and he was very friendly very nice we need more men like him in every working situation with women because at times as a woman you feel like you've been taken advantage of but not with Hunter at take five he was superb thank you take five for hiring Hunter he is an awesome sweet young man very professional.
I highly recommend going here for oil changes. We pulled right up an greeted us with water and juice with snacks for the kids. While we gave them our info they stated the oil change a was done by the time we finished give our info. They are very fast! No wait, no hassle, no worries! They take care of everything for you a they are honest about what your car needs an when it’s needed! We will definitely be going back to the one next to Food City on W Center Street! Great Experience an Great Customer service!
