Logan and his team are the BEST!! We brought our Highlander in for an oil change and added a few maintenance services that were due. Logan is great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We were surprised to see the difference in the (drained) coolant (on the right in the photo) compared to the new (on the left). These guys know their stuff and no high pressure up-sells! We are so pleased, we are planning to return tomorrow to have our Miata serviced. Kudos!!
Chris at Take 5 Oil Change was outstanding. Super friendly from the start, very helpful throughout the whole visit, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without feeling pushy. He made the entire experience quick, smooth, and professional. Great customer service like that is hard to come by these days — definitely appreciate the effort and would gladly come back because of employees like Chris.
This was genuinely the best car maintenance visit I’ve ever had in my LIFE. When I pulled up, I was greeted with a cold water bottle and told the tech Casey asked what I needed and walked me through every single step and explained every single part of the service. Almost every person who worked in my car came to show me the difference between all the filters and my oil new vs old. I will never get my oil changed anywhere else ever again!! OH and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes too!!!!
