Sorry this review is so late, I actually just thought about it this morning and felt like I needed to say something. My sister and I stopped at Take 5 on Monday after leaving her doctor’s appointment. We had just found out that she had beaten breast cancer, so we were both pretty emotional and excited. Chris, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. While he was going over our service I told him the good news, he stopped what he was doing and rang the bell and announced it to everyone in the shop. All of the employees started cheering for my sister. It honestly brought tears to our eyes. They didn’t have to do that, but they made such a special day even more special for us. We went in for an oil change and left with a memory we’ll never forget. Thank you Take 5 and thank you Chris and the whole crew. You guys are truly amazing people! ❤️ #FamilyFirst
Absolutely Amazing! I came into Take 5 yesterday with my girlfriend for a simple oil change on her car, and honestly, the experience was way better than I expected. From the moment we pulled in, everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel like we were actually appreciated as customers. Chris S, Zack and Casey were absolutely amazing! They were knowledgeable, respectful, and kept us informed and laughing throughout the entire service. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were taken care of. They worked efficiently but never made us feel rushed. I also love the way they both fed off each other. It’s rare to find people who take that much pride in what they do. Chris, Zack and Casey definitely deserve recognition for the way they represented this shop. As a former mechanic you could tell they were on top of their knowledge. If you’re looking for a fast, friendly, and trustworthy place to get your oil changed, I highly recommend this Take 5! 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back with my truck and this is where we will be patrons from now on!
Went on Friday to get my oil changed they were down to only three people and I assumed I was in for a long wait. I watched as these guys hustled and moved so efficiently that they got me out quicker than Valvoline ever did. They gave me a bottle of ice water while I waited. Although they were harried they still were polite, effusively apologetic for the wait and extremely thorough in their work. I will be returning.
