I received service from: Jeff, Jeremiah, and Danial (Nate) regarding an oil oil change. The tech Jeff was kind and took his time to inspect my vehicle to identify something else that would improve performance. Those gentlemen were kind and caring and worked hard in sweltering heat. They ended up needing to perform a coolant flush on my vehicle, but they worked together as a team, and took care of my vehicle and walked me through the process. It is rare to find hardworking caring technicians. They also offered me services to accommodate the services. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I appreciated the work that was completed!
Johnathan was absolutely the best!!!! He went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of and running the best and coolest it can! I’ve always had a great experience at Take 5, but his service and expertise was exceptional! Go see Johnathan and he will take great care of you. His knowledge, skills, and willingness to assist is immensely appreciated! You don’t see customer service as exceptional as his was that often. Thank you thank you!!!!
The Manager on Duty Yesterday (5/15/2026 was AWESOME...I didn't have a Great Experience Last time I took my 2014 Nissan Rogue there and when I pulled up way before I had to PAY he Assured Me that himself and his Service Writer Would be the Only 2 People Working on my Car and He Also Gave Me $25.00 OFF MY OIL CHANGE!!! EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE,POLITE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT FAST, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS WORKMASSHIP DONE ON UR VEHICLE AND THEY ALSO STAND BY THERE WORD!!! "THANK YOU"TAKE 5!" FOR CHANGING MY 🛢️ AND GIVING ME A NICE DISCOUNT FOR UR MISTAKE LAST TIME I WAS THERE ... TAMMY FOLEY FROM HENDERSONVILLE TENNESSEE
