Want to give a big shout out to Jamison. Super sweet, polite n friendly. Wish there were more like him but I know working with the public can be very trying. My first time there and he was so sweet no pressure. Everything was quick and friendly. Got a free water, too. Jamison, keep going and don't quit. I pray you get promotion and that you keep moving forward. You have no idea how far you can go with your attitude. I can't thank you enough because that means so much especially in this world today. I will be praying for you.
As a new widow, who knows nothing about cars but, very dependent on mine, this was a major concern. Finding someone, a company,I could trust. The young men at this shop were so very kind and explained so much to help me learn and be comfortable with decisions. I left feeling confident and will return when needed. I will recommend this location on Lebanon Pike to my neighbors.
I went in as soon as they opened. The first thing I saw was a man greeting me with a bottled water. He told me of the different packages I could take. Once I chose the package I wanted he got all my information that was needed. They also showed me the filters that desperately needed to be replaced with the ones they were going to replace them with. Within 15 minutes I was out of there. Will definitely go there again.
