I wanted to take a moment to compliment the team at Take 5 Oil Change, Store 1058 in Antioch, Tennessee, and specifically Michael Montario, and Sage. I was there today, and despite the fact that it was sweltering inside the shop—well over 90 degrees—these guys were incredibly friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They never let the uncomfortable conditions affect their attitude or the way they treated me. They were genuinely positive, answered my questions, and made me feel like they actually cared about providing a great customer experience. Their knowledge and enthusiasm really stood out. I've had plenty of oil changes over the years, and this may honestly have been the most positive oil change experience I've ever had. I don't know Sage's last name, but I hope you can identify the employees who were working at Store 1058 today. I would especially appreciate it if this compliment could be passed along to the regional manager and to their store manager. These employees deserve recognition for the excellent job they are doing. Thank you for having employees who make a routine oil change such a pleasant experience. Marty
I got my oil changed today (6/25/26 around 12:30) and had such a nice experience. I typically come to this location as it is the closest to my house but today I had Logan working with me and he was just so kind! Great attitude and very sweet, offered an extra water while I was sitting in the car being sure I wasn’t getting too hot. Usually receive good service at this location, today was just extra nice! Hopefully Logan can get some acknowledgment from the company for such great customer service!!
It was my first time ever using Take 5, one of the guys was standing out front near Bell Road with a sign. So I made a U-Turn. Very professional from the start with a cold bottle of water, to explaining everything throughout the process. Really great crew !!! Keep up the good work. I’ll be back for my top off and another oil change!!! Thanks for the fast in and out.
