After waiting an hour at another place in SF only to be told they didn’t have the right filter for my car and couldn’t do the oil change, I came here! The minute we pulled up, we were greeted right away and offered a bottle of water! Everything was explained very well several times so we knew exactly what we were getting! From the start of the oil change and checking everything they needed to was less than 10 mins! This is our new place to go! There were 3 working and unfortunately we only got two of the 3 names, Amie and Josh. However ALL 3 were GREAT!

I was borrowing my grandma’s car for a couple of days and stopped here last night, thinking it was due for an oil change. As soon as I pulled up to the garage door, I was greeted by an extremely friendly young man who immediately asked what I needed and even offered me a water while I waited. He set clear expectations about timing and even answered a question I had about the nearest gas station with a car wash. When it was my turn, they looked up my grandma’s car and told me it had been serviced only about 1,500 miles ago. They walked me through everything she had done at that visit. They easily could have taken my money and done an unnecessary oil change, but instead they were completely honest, told me the car was good to go, topped off the washer fluid, and checked the tires for free. As I was pulling out, that same young man stopped me just to let me know about a coupon for the car wash he’d recommended earlier. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I was so impressed with the whole experience, but especially with him — he’s a rarity and absolutely deserves a raise. Truly a sweet kid and exceptional employee.
