Literally the best service shop in Rapid City! All of the guys there are 10/10 and I can’t say enough good things about them. They went over and beyond what I expected! They literally saved me from having blown head gaskets as my truck was overheating. They did a full coolant flush, front and rear diff fluid, oil change, new wiper blades, topped off my wiper fluid and even checked my tire pressure. I would still be stuck in there parking lot right now if it wasn’t for these 4 guys! Could not recommend them enough!
Great folks at this location! My 2 and 4 year old were napping in the car so staying in the car was a necessity. They even brought out fruit snacks and Kool aid jammers for them, so sweet! Sean was professional, not pushy for extra services but advises me on some metal shavings that was in the rear differential fluid. Now it makes sense of the grinding noise we've been hearing and didn't know what it was. He was patient while I called the hubby about it and had excellent customer service. Price was competitive and they were able to add an extra discount and price match to O'Reiley's for the cabin air filters. Great experience for an oil change and vehicle check up, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
3rd time using Take 5. Always professional and courteous. Very thorough and explained everything as they go. I don't like paying people to do what I used to, but I don't have the facilities anymore. So they make it easy and fast. Unfortunately, during my 2nd visit 6 months ago, it appeared great but about 800 miles after service, I had an oil leak. The filter was not properly secured. During this visit they did apologize for the issue, determined the tech responsible technician and advised he had already been terminated. They gave me 50% off this service and were very good. 2010 RAM 3500.
