We absolutely love the Take 5 at Rushmore Rd & St. Pat! Sean and the crew always make us feel like old friends every time we pull in. Besides the customer service being second to none, their teamwork and efficiency makes them exceptionally fast while still maintaining accuracy. One other thing I really appreciate is that while they do occasionally offer add-ons, it never feels like a sales pitch. Their generous discount for first responders got us in the door the first time, but the stellar quality of our experiences has definitely kept us coming back. Keep up the great work, guys!
The team at this location are great. Matt is an excellent employee and the company should have more employees like him. He was very polite and understood what would work best for my car. They checked everything that needed to be checked and I discovered there was an air filter inside the groove department that needed to be replaced. I will definitely do business with this location again.
I visited for a routine oil change and honestly wasn’t expecting a particularly memorable experience - get in, get oil, get out. In reality, the crew working that day made this the most positive and memorable oil change experience I’ve had (and I never thought I would have a “favorite oil change place”). From the very start all three employees I interacted with were kind, funny, and went above and beyond to deliver amazing service. I highly recommend this location and will be back!
