I can't remember the names of the guys who worked on my daughter's car, but I went on Saturday August 29th in the late morning hours and every single person there was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter and I drove separate because we were both going to get our car cleaned afterwards but because she is young she didn't want to pull into the garage bay and talk to anyone so we pulled over in the take 5 parking lot to switch cars and so she can sit in my car with her baby sister, as soon as we parked and got out to switch 3 guys came to us to ask if everything was ok and if they could help us and offered water and immediately I was glad we came to somewhere that had people willing to help. I have been going to the same oil change place in Santee since I started driving over 20 years ago and I love them and while they are slightly cheaper, they are closed on weekends and we can only get my daughters car done on weekends so I decided to try Take 5 near Cane Bay and they pulled up my car fax and everything and I loved that especially because the car is older so to be able to log the new oil changes in and see the past work was great. The workers also never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. We will be using Take 5 for now on for my daughter's car and possibly our own at times. Thanks again guys.
Fantastic team! I really love this team for their fast and excellent service! I don’t always know much about cars—when to change the oil, what needs to be checked, or what exactly my car needs. The guys are always helpful, explain everything clearly and kindly, and make the whole process easy. The service is very quick, and in this heat they even offer you cold water—a small gesture, but so thoughtful. 😊 Highly recommend them! Fast service, great customer care, and a professional team.
Today I initially went to the Take 5 on N. Main St. for an oil change, but they weren’t able to get my skid plate off to do so…I came to this location right after, and they had it off with no problem! Gavin and Tarris went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and make sure everything was done properly. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything “extra.” Instead, they genuinely wanted to help and took the time to explain and show me what my car needed and why. Thanks so much!
