I came to Take 5 Oil Change today to get my oil changed, and JADEN, BRANDON, RONNY provided outstanding service. They were very helpful in explaining the recommended mileage for my next oil change, checked all of my fluid levels, and filled my tires to the proper pressure. They even cleaned my windshield free of charge, which was a nice surprise. Everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. The whole process was quick, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. Thank you, Jaden, Brandon, and Ronny, for the excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5! Jayden and Brock provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Both took the time to explain the services being performed and provided helpful, informative information about my vehicle. The manager was also fantastic and ensured everything ran smoothly while making sure I felt valued as a customer. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fast, friendly, and knowledgeable team.
Awesome experience at this particular location. I’ve been to plenty of other Take 5’s (in and out of South Carolina) within the past with no issues, but this particular shop will now be my permanent location to have any of my future routine oil changes. Everyone was very professional and beyond knowledgeable. Nick provided me with straight forward answers to all of my questions and concerns, and everyone helping assist with my truck held up excellent customer service. I was honestly quite shocked and most certainly impressed with literally everyone. Shout out to, Caleb, Malaki, and Jaden; and big shout out to Nick! Thanks again for all that y’all do.
