Another great oil change. It's nice being treated like a real human and taken care of. Leaving my oil change knowing they didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need and they paid attention to detail on the things I did need always makes it worth it. Appreciate you guys! _____________ Everything still fabulous. Will keep using these guys bc they continue to treat me like a human and never try to cheat me out of a dollar for an upsale. Repeat business is much better than one upsale. Thank you!! _____________ I use to hate getting my oil changed because I always felt intimidated when they tried to sell me extra stuff bc I never knew if I needed it. The workers at this Take5 took the time to explain the different things I needed, how often it's recommended they be done, and give me pricing so I know what to expect when I come back next time after discussing the additions with my partner. I will continue to use this location because of how comfortable they make you feel here which is very important to me when it comes to where I spend my money. Thanks for making this such an easy errand to run by myself!
Highly recommended! Bunch of guys with great attitude, professional and experienced, engaging; I didn't even need to get out of the car, and they offered me a bottle of chilled water. Less than 20 minutes. Recommendations for synthetic oil were spot on; they reference the Land Rover specs and Carfax. The dealer makes you feel like a criminal not to visit them for service, but the cost and time savings are huge. 25% veteran discount! Oil filter/windshield cleaning/washer fluid/tire pressure all included.
I had an excellent oil change experience at the 1930 Sharonwood Lane location in Rock Hill. Gladden calmly guided me into the garage and helped me line up over the pit, which can be nerve-racking. Ross quickly used my vehicle vendor number to confirm the correct oil type. Damiano topped off my windshield fluid and even checked on my wiper blades. Corey showed me that my air filter was still in good condition and explained why replacement wasn’t needed. Even the air pressure in my tires was checked. The entire service took about five minutes. Great service from a knowledgeable, professional team!
