I went to Take 5 on this past Tuesday to get an oil change. When I drove up, I was greeted by Kellen with a warm smile as he offered me a bottle of water. I thought that was a nice welcome and the water was appreciated. The techs who serviced my car were, Faith, Cameron, Dusty and Kellen. They were very professional and courteous as they addressed the needs of my car. This was my first time coming to Take 5 and it definitely won't be my last. Receiving the military discount was an added plus!! Folks, thanks for a job well done and quality service.
Visiting the Take 5 oil change in Powdersville was a wonderful experience! Upon arrival they offered us two bottled waters, and I had to begin our visit by admitting that I accidentally dropped a napkin when trying to check my oil at the gas station up the road. Landon said he had a tool and he could remove it without any problems. Little did I know that I had dropped multiple napkins, and it was beyond what he could reach. He worked until he finally was able to safely remove the extra napkin so I wouldn't have to worry. The team also identified an issue that needed to be addressed with my coolant, and were swift to take care of that as well. We had a great experience, and I would drive out of my way to return here for an oil change.
i had a great experience when i got my oil changed, everyone was very genuine upfront, i’ve never had a bad experience at this take 5, i’ve been here before for previous oil changes and powdersville take 5 never fails to take care of you. everyone including Cameron, had made sure everything was in fact, taken care of. will be coming here again once i get the money to get my engine filter changed! and they always got me when i need to use a coupon!
