Oil Change in Lexington, SC at 709 N Lake Drive.

I use take 5 oil change for all of my five vehicles,this morning I received an email stating that today only an oil change was 50% off,I called to verify and spoke to the manager ( Zo) he said he was not aware of the offer but to bring it and he would honer it - when I showed it to him he pointed out that they did not sell Valvoline oil and the address was for a different business, he said since I was already there he would honor their coupon,what a nice gesture,I was shocked to see him do that when it was my mistake,they will continue ro get my business,they do a great job -

My experience here was priceless, from the beginning to the end, and that was with every employee I encounter. I was greeted with a cold water, and after discussing my services , I was left in the hands of a gentlemen name Connor, who had very helpful with not only walking me through my service, but also answering any additional questions as well, which I must say was what the reason that kept me there initially after learning I was going to be paying a little more than I intended or expected. And as I'm waiting on Connor in my car, out no where I look up and to find another smiling employee I thought was just trying to get more money by suggesting things that your vehicle to have all of a sudden. Although he was right, I decline the service offer, and continued to educated me on the benefits of getting that service done weather it was here or there, that was whe I really felt like I might actually can trust them with my vehicle and it's best interest. Which led me to started asking other questions and before I knew it, Zo who I learned was the Manager , without being asked, was under the hood helping Connor, diagnosis and resolving my other issues, talking and walking me through what he's doing, counting me down with instructions on what I should be doing, and checking behind himself by checking off his list out loud fell and they honestly felt like their were family and I understood why their reviews were high, because it's difficult in my to meet people who actually cares for they job,and if not at least act like you care and do your job, and I wanted to give genuine feelings and thoughts and say thank you to them all because not only did I leave with more than I intended for a reasonable price,but the energy, smiles, and appreciation is priceless, and no wander everyone was smiling, that's al l the manger did, thanks and I will return.

They literally did an oil change in less time than i had expected. I was still talking to the manager while ahe was getting my information and they were finished! They did try to upset some products, which h is business. I did appreciate the back to school deal. Which h is $25 off the oil change. Im not sure how long they are running this promotion, but it was very mu h appreciated. The whole team worked very well together. I will be back!
