I just went to get an oil change l usually go to the take 5 in Mauldin but l discovered lm 5 minutes away from take 5 pleasantries the minute l pulled in the guy offered me a water l knew ld get the same great service great price but GREAT PEOPLE as ld been used to Take 5 Oil Change the service every well just the place the people different lol even the building same THE SERVICE SAME GREAT I've been coming for years
Jayden provided excellent customer service during my visit to Take 5 Oil Change. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. It’s great to see employees who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend asking for Jayden if you visit. Great experience from start to finish!
This place has a 4.9 for good reason. Always a great experience when I stop here. Went to another Take 5 once and came right back here. It's clear management sets high standards for safety, customer service, and efficiency, and holds workers to those standards. Pretty impressive operation. Manager with short brown hair is always nice to work with. Hispanic gentleman with long hair working 5/20 (Alejo I think) took great care of my experience. I'll be back.
