They did it in a quick manner and very polite, but they spilled oil all over the engine and left quite a bit just laying puddled up on top and the entire undercarriage is covered in oil now. Better attention to detail and maybe slow it down a touch as to not rush to pour the oil into the engine and spill it. My first time there and I dont think ill be going back. Edit: The store manager reached out to me after reading my review and asked for me.to come back in so they can correct the issue and made sure to take care of my inconvenience. I will adjust my review and rating accordingly. Thank you!
The technician named Anna helped explain everything perfectly 👌 She was extremely professional but friendly and informative. Not only did she offer me a drink, she provided a juice and fruit gummies for my 5 year old while we waited. The technicians cleaned my windshield and topped off fluids without me asking, free of charge. Other take 5s I've visited don't do that. Great location in gaffney sc. Very fast service.
10/10 experience. Chris was great, walked me through everything they were doing and what was recommended, and clearly laid out pricing of everything. Quickest oil change I’ve ever had, and everyone was friendly and upbeat, despite the intense heat that day.
