This was the absolute Best service that I received at Take 5! The young man was very attentive, professional, and pleasant! He upsold a couple of items and not pushy! I think his name was Andrew! My husband use to take care of oil changes but he is ill and I had to start going, something I hate - but Take 5 takes the stress off and getting excellent service as I had from Andrew makes it all the Better! Andrew, the Manager and the guy that worked on changing the oil (I think he was in training) were ALL great!
This is my favorite place to get my oil changed. This crew is extremely quick but thorough. They cool you down with an ice cold water bottle of water as you pull into the bay. They check you fluids as your oil is being replaced as well as your pressure. Thank you to the crew on Augusta Road for always making it such a pleasurable experience.
I went to Take 5 for the first time last week. The service and technicians there were exceptional. I was directed in in a timely manner. I was asked what services I needed and offered other services that they found that needed attention. They showed me all old parts to ensure my purchase was necessary. They had the special oil required for my vehicle. The technicians were very professional, respectful and kind. I definitely rate them a 10 out of 10 for a job well done. Thank you all for a very pleasant and professional experience! Sending prayers for daily blessings for you all. They also checked all tires for air!
