Charlie at Take 5 provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. He made the entire experience quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re visiting Take 5, I highly recommend asking for Charlie you’ll be in great hands!
I had the pleasure of meeting Wolfe and a couple other gentlemen. They were all so kind and informative. I have a very basic understanding of what’s under the hood of a vehicle. They explained everything they were doing. Communication was clear. I was informed but not pressured to do anything extra. They were personable and welcoming & they took care of what I needed for my vehicle in a timely manner. I had a great experience.
I got off work after 12 hours and stop to get an oil change. I researched who was open in my area. The first impressive thing I found was a coupon for $25 off. The service guy Marcus came to my car to help me. He was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know how things work. He ask for the appropriate information entering it in quickly and sufficiently. He asked if I wanted my air filter check which Jay changed. Jay explained the two filters I have on my car. One of the filter was behind the gloves compartment and the engine filter had a bar over it. Jay changed the one behind the glove compartment. Marcus and Jay checked everything which needed to be checked on my car abd professionally explained everything from my tires to my windshield wipers. They made sure I was road ready. I would definitely return to this establishment as along as they are working. I know my car is in good hands with them because of there knowledge and quick service.
