I had a great experience at Take 5! Wolf did my oil change and replaced my cabin air filter, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He explained what I needed without making me feel pressured into purchasing anything extra, and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. The service was quick, smooth, and efficient. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. Definitely recommend asking for Wolf! Ladies, he’s also very easy on the eyes too! 🤭
This was the second Take 5 I went to that day. The first one did not have a full staff at the time and could not service me. The second establishment had wonderful customer service. They made sure I was taken care of. Everyone that came in contact with me was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not necessarily arrive with a smile but I left with a huge smile. Kudos to the staff!
Staff was on point. They acknowledged soon as they saw me. I was given a cold bottle of water so polite 😊. They introduced themselves , and asked what I needed help with. They checked the car , and told me what was going to be done, and the cost. Heck I will give them 10 stars🤩 . Will I returned yes, will l I recommend most definitely. God bless them they took care of me very well, and my car 🤗💕
