Stopped by the Take 5 on Clements Ferry and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into additional services, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s refreshing to find a team that values customer service and makes the process so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, honest service. Thanks again, guys!
The staff were so friendly, kind, and the whole process was quick and easy. They gave an ice cold water which was very nice during the summer to help stay cool when your car is turned off during the process. At other oil change places, I have always felt like they were trying to upsell me but I didn’t feel that here so I’m really grateful. The location is also really convenient on Clement’s Ferry Rd! Would absolutely recommend! So happy they opened up!
I've always gone to Take 5 for my oil changes because I love the convenience of staying in my car. This new location on Clements Ferry is even better since it's right on my route home. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they made the entire process quick and easy. Great customer service from start to finish.
