I always have a great experience at Take 5! Yes, they do try to “upsale”, but that’s their job. Yesterday I opted for the more expensive windshield wipers (usually I get the cheapest ones). The manager came over and instructed me on how to prime my windshield with the special coating. I am SO glad I did because as soon as I left it became a downpour. The difference in quality was insane. The crew there is extremely quick and friendly. My oil change, wiper replacement, and window cleaning was less than 10 minutes. Can’t beat this spot!
Great customer service I wish every business was as professional as these guys in west Ashley. Bless their hearts for working like well oiled pit crew (pun intended) in this freakish hot weather we had during August of 2026 just to change my oil. I’ll go to this location from now on just because of the excellent service, even though I live closer to other business’s that offer oil change. P.S. what first got me was they offered me an ice cold bottle of water as soon as I pulled up.
Been to this location several times now with my 2 vehicles, but today they won my business as long as I am in this area! Went to a different Take 5 location yesterday for an oil change on my diesel truck. The service that I received at that location was less than desirable. Technician there didn't seat one of the screws in the air filter cover correctly, which caused a hesitation when accelerating. Even though this location (on Savannah Hwy) is a franchise location (vs the corporate location that I visited the day before), the manager, Tim, was super helpful! He found the issue relatively quickly and got me back on the road with no issues! On my other visits there for fuel filter changes & oil changes on my car, the team on Savannah Hwy has always been fast and super friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
