I've been to Take5 before, but it was a different location, and I was not impressed. However, this location got me straight and back on the road in no time. They offered additional services, but were not pushy about it. I appreciate that they actually checked my coolant and not just the coolant level because when I had the coolant flushed and filled during my last oil change at "Sp"iffy Lube, apparently they filled it with straight water and not 50/50. It was also nice to see a respectable military discount for veterans 🫡 hooah
Absolutely awesome staff , came out and greeted us in the car , gave the kiddos some juices and me and the partner some waters , were super curious the whole interaction. Very professional, even while servicing the vehicle. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a business where customer service is clearly a top priority. Will be going back for all oil changes, and I know how to change my own oil lol. Just because I've never had a more pleasant experience with an automotive business. Didn't try to sell me any additionals, simply outlined what I needed with options. 20/10 boss!
Pulled up with the car shuddering driving across the state with my daughter. Four friendly techs gave it a look over. Found out I had no oil at all (new leak). They changed the oil, went above and beyond checking a couple other systems, cracked some light-hearted jokes, and sent me on my way. I'd send your daughter to this shop any day. Good, honest people work here.
