Lakota and Quaneer had 5 people including myself with just the 2 of them, 1hr before close and managed to get all of us through before close while maintaining excellent guest service. They went through all the system checks with me like showing me my oil level, checking filters, etc. A note to *corporate* as I don't believe the location has control over this; I noticed your hours are incorrect here on Google. This location is listed as open until 8pm but all other locations are 7pm, including Selinsgrove. This didn't cause any fuss during my visit, but the customer base in this area is, we'll say sensitive to incorrect information and like to share their thoughts with employees.
Joseph and Lakota were awesome! I work 7 days a week so it’s very hard to make an appointment to get my oil changed. It’s very convenient and the service was great. The gentleman were so nice and very efficient. They checked all my oil fluid as they were supposed to and they did not try and sell me anything that I did not need which I greatly appreciated. I did leave with a new filter as well, but it was needed.
Staff at Take 5 is slways100 percent professional. Yesterday was no exception. They were busy and only two people were working on vehicles in the bays. They both apologized for the long wait and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Also, really appreciate the coupons. Thanks!
