Oil Change in Mill Hall, PA at 270 Hogan Blvd.

Came for an oil change. They greet well (a cold water) and have great people skills (telling you what they are doing or about to do, wash windshield when they are done with the notes). They went through the following (see photo) for my vehicle. I will say that part of the price is based on the convenience and speed of service. Today that's what I needed since the place I usually go was closed still and I needed my car prepped for a trip soon. I'll be sure to keep them in mind if I'm on a time crunch again. Came here on a Sunday on Father’s Day 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close I actually called they had missed the call cause the phones weren’t working and they even called me back no later than three minutes after I made the call I asked him if they did enterprise fleet vehicles to which they do and they were also kind enough to inform me that even with being so late and close close, it’s still happily take me They performed the oil change even did common air filter for me. They’re very polite upon meeting me. My hand and even offered me a bottle They made sure I Felt welcomed even Though I was there so late Joe was the name of the guy In the Started with a name I apologize. I don’t remember it. I’ve taught my head, but they both were amazing. Very honest with me and made sure to show me everything that they did and gave me detailed reason as to why they were doing it so that I could understand overall experience it’s probably the best I’ve ever gotten at any service center for any of my Fleet vehicles anytime in the I’m in the area you need an oil change I’ll be sure to go back

I gave it 4 stars; that 4th star was earned single handedly when I they showed me a dirty air filter and I just happened to have a clean air filter on hand, they installed it free of charge. That’s excellent customer service. I would recommend they find a way to lower those high prices. I do love my truck. I believe everyone is exhausted with tax after tax everywhere they go. The best analogy that I can share is a friend borrows some low amount of money like five dollars. Ninety nine percent of the time I’m going to tell them to not even worry about paying me back those five dollars. I think we are so consumed with so much finances that we’ve lost our common courtesy for our friends, families and neighbors. That said, Take5 is definitely a four star company. I just believe that the economy as a whole needs to find a way to stop inflation.
