I usually do my own oil changes on my truck, but I was on the way back from a CT Trip to Pittsburgh and along the way stopped in on 9/7/26, and I was skeptical cause I’m very particular in my vehicle. The service in both the customer service and the work being done was fast and efficient. Highly recommend if you can’t change your own oil.
Came here on a Sunday on Father’s Day 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close I actually called they had missed the call cause the phones weren’t working and they even called me back no later than three minutes after I made the call I asked him if they did enterprise fleet vehicles to which they do and they were also kind enough to inform me that even with being so late and close close, it’s still happily take me They performed the oil change even did common air filter for me. They’re very polite upon meeting me. My hand and even offered me a bottle They made sure I Felt welcomed even Though I was there so late Joe was the name of the guy In the Started with a name I apologize. I don’t remember it. I’ve taught my head, but they both were amazing. Very honest with me and made sure to show me everything that they did and gave me detailed reason as to why they were doing it so that I could understand overall experience it’s probably the best I’ve ever gotten at any service center for any of my Fleet vehicles anytime in the I’m in the area you need an oil change I’ll be sure to go back
Everyone was wonderful! They didn’t try to upsell me anything, took no as an answer the first time! (Which other places aren’t always so good about ) answered all my questions kindly and even had me get out of the car to show me and explain what i had asked. Great service. Will continue to go back for every oil change!
