Great speedy service, great employees, they go above and beyond for oil changes. But the store is hot inside even though the doors are open there is no way to cool it in there so you're sitting in your sweltering car and it only takes like 15 minutes but still when it's 90 plus outside that 15 minutes can get really hot I don't even know how those guys work there all day with no AC or even fans. And you have way too much of a markup on filters ,filter for my car cost $15 at the parts store but if I would have had you guys do it you want 30 something dollars for the same filter that is way too much change a 10 second Part.
The gentleman there were very nice. They got me in and out and they not only checked my oil and changed it but they changed my filters, they checked my tire pressures, they cleaned my windows and they even gave me a cool bottle of water while I was waiting. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family. Their prices are great too and they have coupons online that you can use before you go. Thanks for great service.
Every employee of the Take 5, off of Union Deposit Rd., was Professional. Knowledgeable, Efficient & Polite. They answered my questions and spoke to any concerns I had. They included their findings on some work that should be done for the health of my engine. I can go to my mechanic and have him follow-up knowing what needs to be looked at. Everyone was very hospitable. So nice to be treated with excellent customer service. I will be using Take 5 for oil changes from here on!!
