I stopped in yesterday 8/22/26 around 4:30. My Car had been telling me that I needed to get my oil changed for some time. I was getting kind of panicky about it. And when I stopped in there, the 2 guys that helped me were wonderful. One young guy was checking my oil and said that it's not low and the other guy said that they would just top my fluids off for no charge and they did, and then they also made me feel better because they said it could be a sensor so instead of taking me for 95 or a $100, these guys did me a greater service. The next time I need to get my oil done.I'm definitely going here.This place is amazing.Thank you to the 2 young men that helped me.You made me feel so much better. This is on the corner of 71st and memorial by winco. I suggest everyone go there if they want to have honest people helping you with your car!!
Joe and his team at 71st Memorial were amazing! There is apparently a shortage of the kind of oil that I need and they did not have it at his store, but he called AutoZone and ended up calling some other stores to see if any of them could service my vehicle. He was able to locate a store and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was sent with a filter that I could use, and I was able to get my oil changed after all. This was excellent customer service in my opinion.
Aiden was so awesome! He was sweet, funny, knowledgeable and let us know what services were needed on top of the oil change without being pushy! He also sent us where we needed to go to replace a valve stem or to see if it was more than that! Super grateful for him and coworker (I believe his name is Josh but I can't remember, I do know he's the store manager) Oh and the complimentary water in this heat while we waited were SO appreciated!
