Elijah and Carlos did a phenomenal job! My company was having a hard time approving the proper maintenance, and they were patient and persistent in figuring out what the issues were. They were able to figure out what was going on an assisted with getting everything fixed. They went above and beyond! They made me feel welcomed, even though I showed up closer to closing time. They offered to take care of everything needed to make sure I my car was taken care of regardless of how long it would take. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they've provided! Super friendly, respectful, professional, and welcoming. Nothing against Jiffy Lube, but it has been better than anytime I've been at Jiffy. Again, nothing against Jiffy Lube.
Call the Chevy dealership for my diesel truck. They wanted me to wait two hours. Heck with that. Take 5 was about the same price for a synthetic oil change. I didn't even have to get out of my car. It was fantastic. All we do in oil changes here. I highly recommend it for anyone who values their time but still wants to get their car taken care of. The staff was friendly and polite. I showed you the dipstick to prove the oil level, which is smart. Definitely not the cheapest place you could go. I've been going to Walmart, which is the best value. If you go at a random morning on a weekday, you usually don't have to wait at Walmart but this was extremely convenient. I'll be coming here again.
The employees that work here are incredibly professional and knowledgeable about what they do. They did not try to oversell me on the product or extras offered. All the products that were offered were reasonable and necessary for the vehicle to run productively. And as an added flex all the young men are very polite and charming. Oh and I’m really enjoying my new windshield wiper blades 🤩🙌
