I had great service. Everyone was kind and polite and answered all of my questions. I was handed a complimentary bottled water as soon as I lowered my window. Never had to leave the car, which was great, since I had my 92 year old mother in the passenger seat... 10/10 would recommend and I will return next time an oil change is needed or if any lights pop up on my dash. So fast and so professional!
Elijah and Carlos did a phenomenal job! My company was having a hard time approving the proper maintenance, and they were patient and persistent in figuring out what the issues were. They were able to figure out what was going on an assisted with getting everything fixed. They went above and beyond! They made me feel welcomed, even though I showed up closer to closing time. They offered to take care of everything needed to make sure I my car was taken care of regardless of how long it would take. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they've provided! Super friendly, respectful, professional, and welcoming. Nothing against Jiffy Lube, but it has been better than anytime I've been at Jiffy. Again, nothing against Jiffy Lube.
I pulled in and Marquis greeted me and handed me a water bottle. As soon as Marquis and Cooper could work on my car they did and they got it done in a heartbeat! Very professional service and I appreciate that they have Longer hours. Longer hours gets overlooked a lot nowadays, especially when it’s hot.
