I am so impressed with this company. I stopped at Norman on my way to Texas. The manager told me a 45 min wait but if I’d head south there wouldn’t be a wait and they were honest. We were in Purcell quick. The guys there were extremely knowledgeable and were honest just like he said. They were attentive and explained everything before performing any work with the exact cost too. Please visit Norman and Purcell EVERY TIME
Currently getting my oil changed and couldnt wait leave an awesome review for this awesome team! The first gentleman, Marcus, had ice-cold waters at the ready when we first pulled up (much appreciated on a hot day like today!) and has been super friendly and informative throughout this process. The gentleman below us changing out the oil, Joseph, has been professional and efficient while coordinating well with the first young man. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service and have no recommendations for improvement. Thanks for having amazing workers!
I have visited several of your locations across the Metro. I have been very disappointed at every single one of them. Purcell location is absolutely a 5 Star business. The manager and staff there are hands down the best I’ve dealt with. I actually swore I would not return to any Take 5. I decided to give Purcell a try, as I was in time crunch and at 6% oil life. Was a great experience. Thank you.
