I stopped in there this morning for a different issue!!! I had went to a different Take 5 in Midwest City, yesterday, and they had such a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE that I thought I had sworn off Take5 forever! I also thought they had done something to mess up My vehicle. Anyways, I went by this one, just to see if they would check, and because I wanted to be heard, and the ladies there chose to listen to Me and give My car a look over, and really made Me feel heard! And that’s really all I wanted!!! They were really apologetic and friendly, and empathetic, and that is true customer service, which is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to Me!!! They definitely won My business back for Take 5, only I’ll be going there to Sooner and SE 48th instead!!! Thank U ladies!!!
These guys are awesome. Professional and super time efficient. TO THE OWNER - please consider getting these guys some fans or portable coolers that blow a/c. It can’t eat into your profit more than it would benefit the morale and well being of your workers busting their rear everyday. A little goes a long way , and ultimately your employees are just as important as the satisfaction of your customers. They’re making your dreams happen, consider that.
They were very efficient and informative. No pressure to purchase extra things. I loved how they showed the oil levels and descriptions of what they were doing. I don’t normally take my husband’s truck in for maintenance so it was a relief to feel confident in the service performed. I am horrible with names but they were there Sunday. I would definitely go back
