I went in, thinking I needed an oil change. The mechanic asked me if there was a reason I wanted it done 3000 miles before I needed it. I didn’t pay attention to the sticker they put on the windshield from the last time we went there. I just went because my husband told me to go. Mechanic Checked the fluids and showed me The oil was about 1/4 quart low. He top it off And then asked me about the air filter. I told him I didn’t know if it needed one or not. He showed me how the rubber was cracked on it and it was pretty dirty so I requested him to Put a new one. The new one before he installed it then Requested me to turn on the windshield wipers with washer fluid. I saw the streaks on the windshield and he said he could replace them which I didn’t know they could so I Agreed to have new ones installed. He also offered an additive to the fuel to dissolve particles, and I agreed To it. He offered me the price for each item before I agreed to it. He was very professional, extremely courteous. His service was stellar! And that’s why I continue to go back to that same location every time I need oil change. I highly recommend this particular location
Panda and Keyon were fantastic and great representatives for the Take 5 company. Went in for an oil change which happened fast but also discovered that I needed a coolant replacement. The gentlemen were professional, courteous and wonderfully friendly. I will return!
Great experience today at Take 5. On my last visit, the service was slow and I didn’t get much information. This time was a complete turnaround the staff member was friendly, explained everything clearly, checked the car thoroughly, and the service was super fast. I really appreciate the improvement.
