As a woman I always feel like I've been cheated because some mechanics try to take advantage of the unknowledgeable. In this case I didn't feel cheated at all. Anthony was very respectful and honest. It's so rare (for me). I was bothered he couldn't add a tip to my total. I left and came back with a $10 tip for him. Respect, manners, and honesty should be rewarded 😊 Well done young man! The location is off May & Britton.
I initially went in for an oil change. But Aleczander and his coworker were very honest and informed me I wasn't in need of one the time. Oil was still clean and full. They could have easily changed the oil and charged me over a hundred dollars for service not needed, but they didn't. O was very thankful for honest and integral people. I haven't met many since I've moved here to OKC. Thank you guys for that. Also they were both very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and I can express enough about their honesty. I also got my windshield wipers changed. They topped my fluids off and I was on my way. This is my second time using Take 5 for services and I was pleased with service at both. You guys now have a loyal customer.
I got just an oil change. At the May and Britton location. However, the experience was sooo much than that! The Technicians were very knowledgeable of different type vehicles. Quick and with precision service! I'll definitely be returning for future oil changes.
