I recently visited Take 5 and was immediately greeted with kindness and even a cold bottle of water—a small gesture that made a great first impression. Manager Jenn and Car Caregiver Colton were, without a doubt, two of the most professional and respectful people I’ve encountered at a business in a long time. They took the time to answer every question I had, thoroughly explained the services, and provided detailed pricing and recommendations for items that will need to be replaced during my upcoming oil change. What really stood out was their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to educate rather than pressure me into a sale. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident about what my vehicle needs. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jenn and Colton are a true asset to Take 5, and because of the experience they provided, I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others! Thank you, Jenn and Colton, for making a routine oil change experience exceptional!
My 2 mechanics did exceptionally well considering it was over a 100° and I was a third car in line. Christopher kept me in touch with how things were going and he was exceptionally thorough in servicing my car and the other gentleman did a great job as well communicating information that I needed to know. I enjoyed my visit sharing personal anecdotes and being thorough with what my car needed. I will be returning when I need a top off or servicing.
I’m extremely picky with where I take my Hyundai Tucson and I’m so glad I found this shop! I needed a standard oil change but also asked for a more complete inspection as my engine light came on. Aaron guided me through everything they would look at and how it all looked as they got to it. Jen and the other folks who worked on the car were speedy and thorough. It was clear they knew what they were doing. They didn’t try to upsell me or get me to pay for anything I wasn’t interested in. They even went over my Carfax to tell me what had been done and made recommendations according to my car’s history. Overall, I was really impressed with this shop, the affordability of the services, and their care, and I will be coming back! Because, oh yes, they also offer top off services at 3,000 miles. Can’t recommend enough!
