I only come to take five. It doesn’t matter the location. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I know a lot of people hate when you get up sold on some things, but you know what you gotta take care of your car!!! They showed me that my coolant needed to be changed and it wasn’t just a gimmick, it really needed to be changed so I did it on the spot. they were even in the middle of training, a new guy which sometimes that can get in the way of the actual productivity and time you spend there, But not in this case everyone’s professional!
Went in for a quick oil change on my lunch break, I was greeted immediately and was behind one vehicle, but they were done quickly ahead of me and the team knocked my car out quickly Within 20 minutes and let me know of any additional services they offered, but we’re not pushy about anything, great service
The service was quick and efficient. The work area seemed clean and well managed. I love being able to stay in my car. The person telling me what was being done and asking if I wanted filter or Freon added spoke rather quickly and quietly so I had to ask what he said. He was very nice though
