My last time coming to this Take 5 location was not a very good experience but they are now under new management and the new manager Johnathon has definitely renewed my confidence in Take 5. I came to get an oil change in my moms car and when I say he went above and beyond to make my experience the best I’ve ever experienced at a Take 5 oil change. He was very very helpful answered all my questioned and concerns and even answered questions I didn’t know I needed answered. His crew was fast and efficient and got us out in a timely manner. Johnathon I truly hope you continue to service this Take 5 location and I promise his beautiful red hair had nothing to do with this rating😉
I had to wait for a bit because they were busy but manager offered me water and explained to me so I was ok with waiting. The thing that really impressed me was the fact that everyone working at the time were so pleasant. No matter where you go here lately people seem so miserable and negative and treat customers like and inconvenience. Not the case here. All of f them professional and incredibly nice. Great job! I will use this location again and recommend.
I don’t remember the guys names but I went early Friday morning. These guys were Great. Professional Safe Almost even seem like they were enthusiastic to do a good job. They had no problem answering my questions,explaining things I needed explained. They went the extra mile and found that my vehicle was dry on coolant.these guys saved my car and saved my day especially after waiting at Walmart for 1 hour only to be told it’d be a 5 hour wait .TAKE 5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Take five was really awesome
