I know this sounds crazy, but this is the best oil change I have ever had. Sarah and the team were awesome and she made great recommendations and was honest throughout. It also only took about 20 minutes because of a coolant flush and the best part was that she saw my USAA card, asked if I was a veteran and so I saved there (think it was 20%). Either way, great place, great job, phenomenal staff and I'll be going here from here on out!
This was by far the best experience I have had with Take 5. I will 10/10 recommend this specific location. Everyone was professional, fast, friendly, and explained each service and did not try to upsell anything I didn’t need. I believe the young man that assisted me the most was named Aquarius, I apologize if I heard his name wrong, but he deserves a big shout out for his professional attitude and efficiency while training a new person and assisting all the other bays.
I appreciate the conversations and engagement between myself and the workers. The one thing that I feel should be communicated better is when you pull in that second/third vehicle to tell them "We're pulling you in, but it'll still be a few minutes before we can actually begin checking out your vehicle, so please bear with us." Communicating that you are aware that they are waiting on you goes a long way for helping them be more patient.
