As a car enthusiast who does their own oil changes on my other cars, I can definitely say this is a great place to go if you don’t know how to do oil changes, you don’t want to spend the time to do an oil change, or you want someone else to do an oil change on your daily. They are very friendly and all things considered, it’s reasonably priced.
I went to take 5 oil change today and was completely blown away. I was greeted immediately by the manager Jerry and a very polite man named Mr. Drew. I went through the normal steps, sit in your car, wait for the guy to come and ask about your engine oil. However speaking to the manager Jerry I was completely shocked he actually spoke about every test, every check, every thing. He did not try to push products or services down my throat he sat and explained EVERYTHING. It was so nice. I have never had someone ask about me giving my email for coupons, he did. I also was never told about the "oil top off" he did. He put notes in my "file" so at the next oil change is can get the services we spoke about. As a business owner, it really spoke volumes when he didnt bash his co workers for not doing these things he simply stated they could have been busy. That is a real team leader. The manager Jerry definitely really cares about the customers needs. Not pushing sales. Mr. Drew was so nice to talk to. He was quiet but when we did talk he was a real delight. I will definitely be returning as long as Jerry is managing that location and Mr. Drew is still there. Im telling you the customer service was 10/10, I cant say that with any other visit, but this visit was so easy and very nice. If you want to get an oil change and have amazing customer service go ask for the manager Jerry, and Mr. Drew. Those guys are definitely top notch.
I was very impressed with the kindness the guys there showed me. I brought in a car with a couple of issues that were not normally seen, like an oil filter that disintegrated as they were trying to change it. Very nice and knowledgeable as well
