I’ve always liked Take5, they are friendly and fast and the prices are decent. Last night made me a forever customer. My husband and I went and got the oil changed on one of our vehicles and when we got home we noticed a clip missing from the splash guard underneath. 5 minutes til close, I called the shop and the manager answered asked how far away we were and kept the shop open for us. We arrived 2 minutes after close, thankfully they had replacement clips and fixed the issue. Brendan and Logan were amazing! Very friendly staff. We will definitely be returning to this location for future services. Thank you both for your hard work
This place was a big surprise for me. Drove in and two young ladies went right to work. Changed my oil, checked my filters, wider blades, fluid levels, tire pressure. We're very knowledgeable about their job and cars. Price was even better for all they did. Both young ladies were professional and very customer service oriented. I managed to even get a giggle or two from both of them. Will definitely be back with car number two. I was surprised they even carry oil filters and European oil like for my mercedes...... Awesome place !
Had to wait a bit because manager was in an all day meeting, but they gave me water. Service was excellent. They didn’t have my engine filter in,stock but I paid for it, and they said they would call me in a few hours when it was delivered from OReilly’s. It was up b delivered at about closing time, and I guess they forgot to call. Anyway, I called them the next day, and it was there, so I went and got the new filter. At all times they were professional and kept me informed.
